As part of our recent Mayfair renovation, we completed a full reconstruction of the property’s terrace and roof. The roof was entirely rebuilt using a high-performance hybrid insulation system and finished with premium Spanish slate. We applied a clean K-render finish to the exterior and constructed discreet, built-in guttering for a sleek and functional design. The terrace was completed with natural stone slate tiling, delivering a timeless and elegant outdoor space that perfectly complements the property’s refined aesthetic.
