We completed a full basement refurbishment in London, including underpinning all walls, installing a new concrete floor structure, large steel beam, and new floor joists. The space was fully tanked, re-screeded, and fitted with underfloor heating. We rebuilt internal walls, re-boarded and plastered throughout, installed new plumbing, and completed all second fix carpentry. Finished with a herringbone Amtico floor by Simple Floors, the result is a warm, modern, and structurally sound living space.
