Our team recently completed a full roof reconstruction as part of an extensive property renovation in Mayfair. The project involved rebuilding the front pitched mansard roof, complete with a large box gutter and a high-performance hybrid insulation system. We also constructed a new warm deck flat roof, incorporating a striking large skylight for added natural light. The rear section was re-pitched with the installation of three structural steels and a secondary box gutter system. The entire roof was expertly finished with premium Spanish slate, while the flat roof was completed with a durable and traditional lead covering – combining aesthetic appeal with long-term resilience.
